Hi everybody. Here at Metaverse headquarters we are all glued to the news coming out of Boston. It is tragic. JP Buchmeyer and the entire social media department was on it immediately to cancel any auto tweets or posts we had scheduled for our clients. Not everybody was so thoughtful. @GuyKawasaki’s 1.3 million Twitter followers took issues with the auto tweets and his response was, erm, arrogant. Then out of the 100s of people and social media experts then taking him to task for his response, he chose only to respond to a nice lady from Washington who loves to bake and has 26 followers, Susan Bradley.
Feeling helpless about the Boston situation, I decided we aren’t helpless to stop online jerkery (I just coined the term). How about you all join me and follow Susan (@sheltonsusan)? Let’s get her to 1501 followers.
