ModSquad Wins the Gold at the 2022 Globee Awards for Fourth Year Running

For the fourth year in a row, ModSquad is a Gold Winner in the Globee Awards. We picked up the trophy in the 9th Annual 2022 Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations Awards. ModSquad’s Gold achievement was awarded for “Outstanding Solution for Customer Service,” for our work with healthcare tech platform Kalderos.

Every year, the prestigious awards organization brings together 50 industry experts from around the world to serve as judges looking to recognize achievements in customer support and other business initiatives. 

In 2019 and 2020, the Globee organization bestowed two Gold category Golden Bridge Awards to ModSquad for Achievement of the Year, Community Engagement and Best Social Good. Last year, we won the Globee Sales and Customer Service Award for “Best Use of Social Media in Customer Service.”

This latest achievement is quite special for us at ModSquad. When Kalderos wanted to take its client support to the next level, they sought an external solution and chose ModSquad. Our partnership resulted in great CX and so much more.

The Mods provide omnichannel support for Kalderos’ clients across two different applications. Mods onboard new users and coach customers through the process, answering questions and directing customers to resources available to them through Kalderos. ModSquad’s support solution has brought about a rapid improvement in CSAT scores, impressive QA and handle time metrics, and was integral to the launch of an outbound client contact program that has brought in even more business, much to Kalderos’ — and our — delight. The achievement also made a real impact on the Globee Awards judges.
