ModSquad Takes Home the Gold in the 2021 Globee Awards

We’ve got to say, winning a prestigious industry award never gets old. If it seems like every season is awards season here at ModSquad, you’re not wrong. We work 24/7/365, and the honors seem to come our way on a non-stop basis as well.

We’re thrilled to share the terrific news: ModSquad has won a Gold Globee® Sales and Customer Service Excellence Award in the 8th Annual 2021 Customer Sales and Service World Awards.

And if you’ll allow us to humblebrag a bit, this is not our first dance with the esteemed Globee organization, which regularly hands out hardware to the best companies around the world. Over the past two years, they’ve been kind enough to honor ModSquad with two Gold category Golden Bridge Awards, which we picked up for Best Social Good and Achievement of the Year, Community Engagement.

This time, the Globees have presented ModSquad with its Sales and Customer Service Award, naming ModSquad the Gold winner of “Best Use of Social Media in Customer Service” for our work with Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport. 

Regular readers of the Mod Blog will be familiar with the work we do on behalf of the thriving airport and its traveler community. Every day, ModSquad’s experienced professionals (called “Mods”) engage and support consumers globally. Mods cover DFW’s social networks 24/7, engaging passengers as well as maintaining a constant vigilance for security issues. Mods react quickly to passenger concerns and have a history of providing crucial help in real-time, whether guiding underage travelers to DFW agents, alerting airport authorities to a potential security concern on airport grounds, or providing in-the-moment social coverage of a last-minute Blue Angels flyover to recognize frontline COVID workers.
