Mod of the Month – November 2023

ModSquad

Meet our November Mod of the Month, Lourdes T. She knows the power of envisioning the future she wants to see. Lourdes applied to be a part-time Mod in 2021 on the recommendation of a friend. She soon found that ModSquad created a foundation for her success and happiness. One that extended past a part-time gig.

An avid gamer, Lourdes works with one of our global gaming clients. She handles customer support tickets and loves how the role suits her passion and her lifestyle. “I get to help gamers and be around my dog while working,” she gushes, before going on to explain more about ModSquad’s unique structure. “I like ModSquad’s work environment, even though it is a remote job, I have met so many lovely people. I also love the flexibility, I can make my own schedule.”

And her colleagues have some great things to say in return:

“She’s been with the project for more than a year and has delivered great results. She is a great example of a top performer. This year alone, she has exceeded monthly KPIs in 6 out of 6 metrics.”

– Marvin A.

“Lourdes is an incredible Mod, a great worker who shines every day. Besides her outstanding results on the project, she also has a beautiful heart and always wants to do what is right for our customers.”

– Cristian G.

“Lourdes is the kind of person you’d want on your team. Her job is her passion, she’s a service superstar, a knowledge sponge, and a wizard at coming up with cool ideas to make things run smoother. Her energy and drive are bound to rub off on everyone around her.”

– Ana M.

“Lourdes is not only one of our top performers in our project, but her level of engagement is also top-notch. She consistently demonstrates an outstanding commitment to our team and company values, making a substantial impact on our success. She is highly adaptable and her customer service focus is exceptional. This is a well-deserved honor!”

– Jose Y.

In her free time, you’ll find Lourdes knitting, baking, making jewelry, and gaming. She learned to knit at eight years old, when she decided to make her grandmother a scarf. Years later, she still loves surprising her friends and family with her handmade creations.

When she decides to curl up on the couch with her Maltese, Lolo, she’ll probably be taking in one of her faves…
