Mod of the Month – May 2019
When it comes to awesome customer service, we automatically think of the Mods. And this month, we add another name to the roster of our Mod of the Month honorees. Please join us in congratulating Chelsie P., our Mod of the Month for May 2019!
Chelsie started with ModSquad in December 2017 and not only appreciates the flexible schedule but also enjoys the opportunity to learn and engage on multiple projects. In her current customer support role, Chelsie finds it exceptionally rewarding when she is introduced to a particularly challenging dilemma that she is able to resolve for the customer.
But beyond her skill and passion for phone support, Chelsie proves that she’s a natural in other channels as well.
I feel like I excel in email and chat support. I certainly enjoy providing those services, and I’m ready to accept any challenges that may come along.
As part of her Mod duties, Chelsie currently provides email, chat, and phone support on two projects, one a medical-supply subscription service, and another a consumer-targeted mobile app. For both clients, she enjoys assisting customers with product- and app-related questions and providing guidance that helps with customer success. In her downtime, in addition to family dinners and fishing, Chelsie also enjoys traveling and spending time with the “most spoiled small animal around,” her guinea pig, Mr. Willow.
I love traveling to new places with my fianceé, Ethan. Our favorite places to visit are Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, both in Tennessee. They are about four hours from our home, and we go there every chance we get!
The project managers who have worked with Chelsie had nothing but positive things to say about our latest featured Mod:
“She is always spot on for every project she has worked with me on. She is very dependable, efficient, professional, and has a great tone on phone projects.”
— Christopher Carpenter, Project Manager
“I wish I could have a whole team of Chelsies!”

“She has been a stellar Mod through and through, and she totally deserves this!”
— Dylan Fitzgerald, Assistant Project Manager
