Memorial Day Holiday Protip

At least it is in the USA. Instead of a Great Expectations post (that series will resume next week), here’s a bonus protip:

Your holidays are not global holidays. If you’ve got a global product, you need to provide content even on the days where everyone in your home country is off at the beach or BBQ. It also pays to be aware of what holidays are celebrated in the country of your primary audience, so that you can staff your customer service desks accordingly.

And if you are in the USA – stay off the roads if at all possible, and have a safe return from wherever you are.
