As we noted last week in our bold predictions for 2017, customer support will continue to become an increasingly important element of your favorite companies’ marketing plans. (A few stinkers might finally wake up and pay attention to CS, too!) The voice of the customer is becoming the dominant force in today’s consumer decision-making, often eclipsing advertising rhetoric and paid influencers.
