Get Ready for Extra Life 2022
Steel your stomachs, grab the hair dye, and get your beauty sleep now. It’s time to save the date for Extra Life: Saturday, November 5, 2022.
If you’ve been around us a while, you already know all about Extra Life. For those who don’t, here’s the scoop.
Each year, thousands of gamers from around the world converge online for Extra Life. The goal? Raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® (CMNH). The main event? A 24-hour gaming and fundraising marathon that raises money to heal kids.
Since 2008, Extra Life has raised over $100 million for CMNH to change kids’ health to change the future. All donations fund critical life-saving treatments, innovative research, vital pediatric medical equipment, and child life services.
This will be ModSquad’s 9th year participating in Extra Life. Beginning at 8 am PT, we’ll begin our 24 hour Twitch live stream marathon. We’ll be playing games, accepting challenges, and talking to amazing people from Extra Life and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Last year we raised over $80,000 to help the kids. This year we want to break $100,000 and we need your help.
How You Can Participate
Join Team ModSquad and Raise Money
What would you do to help this great cause? Eat a tabasco cupcake? Eat the grossest vomit inducing “treats” concocted by your “friends”? Shave your head? Team ModSquad does all this and more.
Value your digestive system and hair? No problem, join us as we game on for 24 hours straight.
Not a gamer? Cool. We still want your help! Create any sort of challenge: Play a board game, cosplay, host a bake sale or do something else (we hear there will be barrel racing in Oklahoma).
However you participate, let your family and friends know how to donate to support you and the team.
