Early Xmas for Comm Mgrs!

ModSquad

Community Managers, rejoice! As Facebook sets its sights on upping its mobile game, we’ve been given the gift of efficient page management in the form of a mobile app. Pages Manager, the latest app from Facebook, allows Page Managers to easily command their respective Facebook pages from iOS-ready devices.

Now, you’re probably asking yourself: “Wasn’t I always able to manage my pages using the standard Facebook application anyway?” The answer is: sort of. Facebook’s Pages Manager app has been improved with expanded features that allow you to more effectively manage your pages, almost as if you were on a computer or laptop.

Some of these expanded features include:

  • Comprehensive overviews of all your pages’ insights
  • Expanded engagement metrics for individual posts
  • Manage admin list
  • Easily add and edit photos, videos, and posts
  • Post filters that allow you to view page posts, fan posts, and hidden posts
  • Access to Facebook’s help center and policy pages

The app’s design looks and feels like Facebook’s standard app, which we have all come to love and hate both equally. However, Facebook’s standard app (notorious for its wonky functionalities) could take some notes from Pages Manager. Fortunately, Pages Manager is more far more responsive than the Facebook app. Quicker loading and navigation speeds are a dream come true for us Community Managers who are always on the run.

The best part about the app is that it lists all your managed pages in one place. This allows you to jump between your pages to more efficiently check your insights, updates, and posts!

Facebook’s Pages Manager app is an effective way to manage all of your pages and stay up to date on your insights, while on the run. Of course, sometimes technology can only take you so far. Metaverse can be the little extra elf hands you need to build your brand’s page. Contact us to learn how we can help you better manage your Facebook community!
