Customer Service Celebrations Embracing #ModsNotCubes

Why must Customer Service Week come to an end?  Really, it should be every day….

Thank you, Customer Service mods and representatives around the world, for all that you do!!

Our theme this year was #ModsNotCubes.  We love the fact our staff can work from the beach, or from the porch during sunset, or while sipping lattes at a funky coffee shop, or from one of our awesome loft-style offices (Sacramento or New York City).

Thursday afternoon we had a delicious cake-filled celebration at our Sacramento office with some of the available staff.  See if you can spot the theme of the smash cake (which we didn’t smash because it was just too delicious):
