Corwin Peterson Joins Metaverse Mod Squad as Director of Client Services
Corwin Peterson has joined the company as our Director of Client Services. Corwin brings over a decade of leadership experience in contact center operations to our own brand of managed customer support services for the 21st century digital customer.
With expertise in customer service, moderation and technical helpdesk, Corwin becomes the newest member of our client services team, charged with developing new clients, managing those relationships with our project managers and providing strategic direction.
Corwin started his career in contact centers as a technical support professional supporting Microsoft Windows 95 and Windows 98, and he quickly progressed into a supervisor role. For the next ten years, he worked as service delivery manager and then site director for a call center that was recognized as the top-performing site in North America. Under his direct operational oversight, the call center’s 1100 support representatives handled an average of 650,000 calls and 200,000 emails per month and generated over $36 million in annual revenue. His accounts included global software, hardware, telecommunications, and multimedia corporations. He has most recently worked as consultant, advising contact centers on how to improve their productivity through better tools and processes and their financial performance by managing risks and costs.
Ever the problem solver, Corwin studied mechanical engineering at the University of Idaho and worked as a CNC machine operator for a worldwide technology and manufacturing company. Based in the Pacific Northwest, Corwin is an adrenaline-loving snowboarder, wine enthusiast and foodie. He also enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and chasing around their little monster two-year old boy.
