Super congratulations to Shay G!

unnamedShay hails from New Orleans, Louisiana, and she has been with us for 1.5 years. She’s a perfectionist, loyal, and (in her own inventive word) crafabulous (a brilliant combination of crazy and fabulous). She still dreams of one day becoming a rock star.

Her favorite part of working with Metaverse is the culture itself, as well as the satisfaction of hearing a customer’s smile when you know you’ve done a great job.

[Shay] embodies the great characteristics of a customer service mod and always is willing to go above and beyond. Quick to report issues – I can always tell how much she cares about the client, their brand, and good customer service because she will report issues before the client even knows about them. This is one of the things that makes MMS a great resource, and Shay is great at this. A) Shows leadership. B) Shay sets a great example for the rest of the team. Ranging from her interactions with the client to her phone calls with customers. C) The client complimented Shay’s phone calls this month. And who doesn’t love that?
